THE SPACE
POTTERY STUDIO
My studio is at Schulstr. 201 in Sankt Augustin, just a few minutes from Siegburg train station.
It’s a small, working space — I designed it to be functional, not decorative. There’s a kick wheel and an electric wheel, a wedging table, a drying rack, and a small kiln for bisque and glaze firings. Everything you’d need to make a pot from start to finish.
The space
The studio isn’t set up for open visiting hours — it’s an active production space, which means it’s often mid-process, mid-glaze, or mid-kiln cycle. But you can see it up close through a private workshop session, which is the best way to understand how the space works.
If you book a private lesson, you’ll get to use the wheels and tools, see how I set up for a firing, and get a real sense of what a small ceramics practice looks like day to day.

The studio is in a residential area with street parking available. Public transport: take the S-Bahn to Siegburg/Bonn and it’s a short walk or taxi from there. Get in touch for specific directions.
Firing services
I occasionally offer firing services for external pieces. Capacity permitting:
- Bisque firing: €8 / kg at 950°C
- Glaze firing: Pricing varies by size and glaze type
To request firing, send me your clay type, the glazes you’ve used, and details about your pieces. I’ll let you know if I can fit them in.
